Support, privacy and legal notices

Email support@transgender-dating-portal.com for account help, privacy requests, complaints, moderation appeals and notices about illegal content. This is also the contact point for authorities. We can correspond in English or Polish.

Include your account email and a concise explanation. For a content notice, include its location, why you believe it is illegal, contact details and a statement that your report is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Never send a password, card number, login code or copies of illegal material.

We aim to answer service complaints within 14 days; privacy requests normally receive a response within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. Support is not monitored continuously. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Account controls

Settings provide session management, data export, deactivation and deletion. Profile and conversation controls provide reporting and blocking. Contact support if you cannot access these controls or need to request earlier erasure, withdraw consent or challenge a restriction.

Business details

The operator is a Polish sole proprietor registered in CEIDG. Postal notices may be sent to the address below. No paid subscriptions or card payments are collected during this launch.
