1. Who operates the service

Transgender Dating Portal is provided by JACEK DZIURDZIKOWSKI, a Polish sole proprietor, at the address below. These terms govern your account and use of the service. Contact us at support@transgender-dating-portal.com.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use an adult dating service where you are. Provide an accurate age and contact email, use your own identity and keep your password confidential. A display name need not be your legal name. Do not impersonate someone or create accounts to evade a restriction. Email verification does not verify a person's identity, age or background.

You enter this agreement when your registration is accepted. You need an internet connection, an up-to-date browser, JavaScript, necessary browser storage and access to your email. Connection charges are your responsibility. You may save or print these terms from your browser.

3. Service and free launch

The service supports profiles, search, likes, introductions, conversations and safety tools. Compatibility, a reply, a meeting and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Profile visibility and contact remain subject to privacy choices, blocking, consent, moderation and technical limits.

During this launch we do not sell subscriptions or collect card payments. Eligible new members receive the Forever free VIP functions - for early members offer. Existing plan descriptions explain access levels, not a purchase you must make. We will not convert free access into a paid subscription or charge you automatically.

4. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of your content. Give us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to the recipients and members allowed by your choices, and to review it for safety. This is not permission to sell your photos or use them in advertising. Only upload content you have the right and the consent to share.

Follow the community rules. No minors, threats, harassment, hate, scams, spam, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, illegal content, scraping or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not publish private contact, identity or location information about another person.

5. Reports, restrictions and complaints

Use the report and block controls or email support. Identify the content or account and explain the concern; for an illegal-content notice, identify its location, the legal concern, your contact details and whether you believe the information is accurate. Do not forward illegal images. We review reports and may remove content, restrict contact, suspend or close an account. Urgent safety measures can precede notice.

We explain moderation decisions where permitted and provide an in-app appeal where available. You may also challenge a decision by emailing support, including if you cannot sign in. We aim to answer complaints within 14 days and explain any delay; applicable statutory deadlines and remedies remain unchanged.

6. Leaving and consumer rights

You can deactivate temporarily or request deletion in account settings. A deletion request hides the account and revokes sessions immediately; permanent deletion is scheduled after 30 days. To restore the account, you must accept the current terms and explicitly renew sensitive-profile consent. Use support if you need help, wish to withdraw your data-processing consent or request earlier erasure. See the privacy notice for retention and your rights.

Consumers with a statutory right to withdraw may do so within 14 days after entering this agreement, without giving a reason. Email or post an unambiguous statement such as: "I withdraw from my Transgender Dating Portal account agreement", with your account email, name and date. No special form is required and no fee applies. This does not limit your ability to end the free account later or your rights concerning a defective digital service.

7. Changes, responsibility and applicable law

We may make proportionate changes needed for security, law, reliability or operation. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the service or email, except where urgent protection or law requires otherwise. Changes do not retrospectively remove granted founding access. You may stop using the service and request deletion if you disagree.

You are responsible for your conduct; we remain responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, statutory consumer remedies, or your right to contact a regulator or court. Polish law governs this agreement without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights in their country of habitual residence.
